Please join us for this wonderful, weekly, drop-in yoga circle at the Sanctuary of Peace and Healing, starting from 10-11.30am, Tuesday 20th September 2022.
Who is leading the yoga circle?
This beautiful, compassionate and gentle wellness class will be led by one of our listeners, trained yoga instructor Zara Rajczonek, who has been involved with yoga for many years and has a special interest in how yoga can help us to release physical tension and trauma
Do I need experience?
Zara’s gentle approach is very comforting and the classes are suitable for all levels, and so this is the perfect opportunity to try out yoga if you have been thinking about it, or for you more experienced yogis to continue and deepen your practice.
How will I benefit?
Many studies have now proven that yoga is one of the most powerful ways that we can ease distress out of the body and the mind. For many people this practice is literally life changing.
Do I need any special equipment or clothing?
Mats are provided, but you are very welcome to bring your own. Any comfortable clothing will be fine.
How much do the classes cost?
Classes are offered here at the Monastery at the reduced concession rate of only £5 per class. Places are limited so we advise booking in advance.
Do I have to sign up for the full course?
Absolutely not. Whilst you’ll gain maximum benefit from weekly attendance, drop-in students are very welcome too.
