MOMM holds a monthly self care day here at the Monastery, on the 1st Sunday of each month. This soulful event is focused on peace whilst building community and connection.
MOMM is an opportunity to collaborate and create powerful change and you’re warmly invited to join us on Sunday, June 5th, from 11am-4pm.
Balancing the sacred energies
At this event we focus on balancing the sacred energies. Balancing for a creative and empowering life is the awareness of our energy and how it flows through us and from us.
We’ll be focusing on how we can fully embrace all aspects of our being and release blockages, experience balancing practices and live a more harmonious life in tune with natural rhythms and flow.
To do this, we will be guided through balancing movements and immersed in the healing sounds of silence, accompanied by traditional sacred sounds. A vegetarian lunch with convivial conversation and new friendships is included.
An explanation of how the sacred yin-yang symbol holds rich keys to unlock its balancing power, will be followed by conversation and meditation so you can deeply experience your own inner balance of peace, love and unity.
Please join us, your balanced energies are a gift to yourself and a beacon of hope in the world.
Join Peggy Foster for Tai-chi, Christian Platt for an immersion in sound from crystal bowls, voice and many wisdom tradition instruments plus a a talk on yin-yang, meditation practice with Christian Cole, and inspiring conversation about balancing sacred & divine energies with Sue Cooper & Gill Harbach.
What can I expect?
We join together to spend a day immersed in healing sound, movement, meditation and companionship.
How much does it cost to attend?
Tickets to the physical event are just £15 for the whole day including all activities and a vegetarian lunch.
If you’d love to join in but can’t physically be with us on the day, you can join us on Zoom for free.
We’re very much looking forward to being together again, see you on Sunday.
