What is Internal Family Systems?
In a nutshell, Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a safe and effective way to connect with our deepest traumas and wounds and learn how to release deeply held pain. Therapist, Laura Patryus has developed a powerful six-week course, starting August 22nd, 2022, which helps you to learn how to do this using very accessible and easy to use IFS Parts Cards.

The course, hosted in the Sanctuary, will be fun and connecting, and will hopefully open up new possibilities for deep healing. The 6-week format is designed to invite a progressively deeper exploration of your inner world, so regular weekly attendance is ideal to reap maximum benefit. However, if you cannot attend every week, then you are also welcome to drop in.
