Life can be challenging & not easy to navigate at times, either in the moment or for protracted periods. People have become disconnected from themselves & the world around them which has meant everyday life has become more challenging.

Learning to ground yourself using very easy & natural techniques can help your body & mind release trauma, old recurring patterns & ease your daily living.

We have a natural magnetic exchange from our bodies into the earth which for various reasons we have disconnected from & this workshop will introduce you to simple & effective techniques to re-connect you, meaning your life will become easier in the moment to navigate physically, emotionally & spiritually.
