Gong Bath with The Returning Sound

Join Desmond Maguire of The Returning Sound for this monthly gong bath; a sacred sound therapy and meditation session for emotional wellbeing. Be bathed in the sounds, frequencies and vibrations from the gongs, relaxing your brain wave state, reseting the nervous system and leading to better sleep patterns.

When?

Usually 10.30-11.30am on the 3rd Sunday of each month (except June & December).

Do I need any special clothing or equipment to take part?

You will need a yoga type mat & blanket for comfort.

Do I need any prior experience?

Not at all, but please check the contraindications for a gong bath* (scroll down to check) before attending.

How much does it cost?

This immersive, hour-long session costs £10 per person.

Six weeks post surgery
Pacemakers
Hearing aids (can be turned off)
Meniere’s disease
Hip or any other joint replacement
Severe osteoporosis
Tinnitus
Severe mental illness
Advanced stages of cancer
