Event Details
Expert breathwork practitioner, Paula Flanagan, is a friend of the Monastery and already provides a breathwork session each Tuesday morning for our region’s amazing Emergency Services, who routinely bear witness to traumatic events.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Paula describes Conscious Connected Breathwork as a dynamic style of breathing, which helps to release trauma that we hold in our bodies.
How will I benefit from the session?
The practice of consious breathwork helps us to let go of past stories which can shape the way we live today and allows us to make space for new beginnings. It brings us into the present moment, and is wonderful for our general health and well-being.
Do I need any special clothing or equipment?
For the session you will need, a mat (yoga mat or similar) a blanket and pillow/cushion. I do provide spares if you don’t have these. Wear comfortable warm clothing and bring a bottle of water.
Most people lie-down for the session, but if you can not manage this we can provide seating.
How do I book?
For enquiries, please contact Paula directly on [email protected]
