We’re thrilled to welcome Off the Ground Theatre with a brand new adaptation of Treasure Island; the ultimate pirate adventure!

Expect high seas, hidden treasure and a hearty helping of belly-laughs as Robert Louis Stevenson’s swashbuckling classic is brought to life in this fun-filled, family-friendly performance.

The plot

For Jim Hawkins, pirates were just the stuff of exciting stories, until Billy Bones the sinister stranger arrives with his sea chest and terrible deeds, triggering a chain of events that take young Jim Hawkins on an epic journey across the seven seas, from the Admiral Benbow Inn in Bristol to the mystical Treasure Island itself, all in search of Captain Flint’s mysterious treasure. With skullduggery and treachery abound, can the famous pirate Long John Silver be trusted? Will he try to take the treasure for himself?

Please note: performances are outdoors, please dress appropriately and bring a blanket/something to sit on.
