Led by Steph from Calli by Steph, these friendly, beginner-friendly workshops are a chance to learn the art of brush lettering in a relaxed, community setting – no experience needed and all materials provided.

Whether you come for one workshop or stay for both, you’ll leave feeling calm, creative and proud of your handmade festive keepsakes.

Calligraphy Workshop 1: Introduction to Brush Lettering – Make Your Own A4 Framed Poster

11am–1pm | £30

Learn the basics of modern calligraphy using a brush pen, then create your own framed festive wall art with a Christmas phrase like “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”.

We’ll start with letter shapes and the alphabet, then guide you step-by-step to your finished piece. Perfect for beginners!

Calligraphy Workshop 2: Create Your Own Christmas Cards

2pm–4pm | £30

Build on your skills or start fresh – this session is all about creating beautiful, hand-lettered cards and gift tags using festive slogans, flourishes and embellishments. A gorgeous way to personalise your holiday gifting.
