Christmas Afternoon Tea 2024

Join us at the Monastery for Christmas afternoon tea in a beautiful, intimate setting, with seasonal decorations and festive, background music. Why not enjoy a stroll around the peaceful cloisters and experience the awe of the Great Nave, either before or after you’ve feasted on those festive delights!

Curated to evoke Christmas joy with every sweet and savoury bite, our festive afternoon tea is the perfect opportunity to catch up with friends, family and colleagues in a beautiful environment, on selected dates throughout the Christmas period.

The afternoon teas will be served in the Sanctuary café, on traditional china crockery.

What’s included in our Christmas afternoon tea?

Indulge in delicate finger sandwiches, homemade mince pies, homemade winter scones, served with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry preserve, plus delectable desserts. You can even opt to enhance the whole experience with a glass of bubbly or traditional Christmas snowball.
