Meditation Course for Beginners

Six week course starting Sunday 10th Sept ending on Sunday 15th October at 10.30am – 11.30am.

Have you ever considered learning to meditate?

Research has proven that meditation can improve your quality of life, assist with pain relief, develop your outlook & intuition & if you choose, develop a more spiritual approach to life.

In the six week course you will be introduced to different techniques, affirmations & grounding & we include some laughter as well which always lifts the spirits.

We will be sitting on chairs, Im too old to do otherwise now, but if you choose to sit cross legged that’s fine too. By the end of the course you will be able to confidently meditate by yourself & of course you could join the Monastery’s silent meditation at lunchtimes too.

The course is £55.00 (+ booking fee) for the six week course.

Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
