About this event

We invite you to register for an incredibly informative, FREE talk by integrative medicine practitioner, Stephen Allen, on the 1st Sunday of each month, here at the Monastery.

Talk – Food: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

11am-12pm

Topic: What types of food cause disease and which types keep our cells and skin young?

1. Discover how your gut and brain connect so what you eat affects your brain.
2. Learn how to avoid the foods that poison you and incorporate the foods that nourish your brain and gut.
2. Explore ground breaking research that is not only slowing ageing but reversing it and what foods accelerate it.
3. Is ‘good’ food the same as what was considered ‘good’ decades ago and if not, what’s changed?
4. Consider addictions to food, along with how to stop and break the cycle.

Limited places available, advance booking essential.

Demonstration & testing

12.30-2pm

Testing will be available for a very limited number of people.

The demonstration will explore therapy and medicine protocols. We’ll discuss the tests that conventional medicine testing can miss and then explore the emerging field of energetic testing with frequencies, which can discover and explain the causes of your symptoms.
