Event Details

Join us for Rainbow Warriors family yoga & mindful colouring ✍️

We will begin with a fun and uplifting family yoga class, taking you on a magical adventure whilst teaching simple techniques to improve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

How will I benefit?

Mindful colouring cultivates inner peace and helps to channel energy, develop focus, concentration and mindfulness.

This event repeats every month, on the third Sunday, 12pm – 1pm.

Cost

Adults £5 each

Children £2 each

Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility

*Pending a decision re. recent fire regulation changes, whilst those with restricted mobility can access all areas of the ground floor, we are currently unable to allow people with mobility issues access to the basement, first and second floors until further notice. We will update this information as soon as possible and we’re very sorry for any inconvenience.

Equipment needed: please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
