For large Corporate Events of up to 600 covers we have a partnership agreement with a well known specialist catering & event supplier, who service this demand. However, we also enjoy a growing market providing in-House Food & Beverage for day delegates who use the former Friary for meetings and training, private dining in the former Private Chapel and Food for over 10,000 Official Tour visitors a year. We are also very keen to develop a quality food offering in the Friars Pantry for business breakfasts and our successful public ‘Open Sundays’.

You will lead and develop our in house food offer and constantly raise the bar for the benefit of our valued clients.
As well as having excellent presentation, communication and man management skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm for our ground breaking work at The Monastery.
